My name is Jerry Rivard. I have worked in the software development field for many years in a wide variety of roles, including technical support, documentation, training, product design, and software testing. Unlike the blind men with the elephant, I have the perspective from each of these roles to form a comprehensive picture of what it takes to develop and support a software product.

A website is essentially a software product. The tools that are used to put a website together, such as WordPress, are also software products. I am offering my services to help you to bring your website to life, to maintain it for you, and to teach you how it works.
